"Exceptional historic home turned B&B in the most heavenly little spot in Charleston! Staff were warm and welcoming with quick and easy check-in and checkout. "Super nice area just outside of downtown Charleston in a charming traditional neighborhood. Nice staff, beautiful room and balcony. Restaurant downstairs was a bonus. I didn't get to take advantage of the nearby pool as it was too cold. I'd love to stay here again."

"We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I...

"What a great B&B. Beautiful inside and outside. The views can’t be beat. Zach and Rob are great hosts and do everything to make you feel at home! The breakfasts were fantastic. And the Orchids! Great job Zach"

"This was a very cute historical space in a good price range and a great location for Charleston. We were able to walk to everything in the historic corner, many shelves and restaurants, museums, etc.. The kitchen house is in the back of a beautiful old home, historically it would have been the kitchen for the main house where servant quarters were above the kitchen. There were many historical furnishings in the home, but yet it continued to many modern inconveniences. It was the perfect amount...

"Place is great. As advertised. You do share an interior door with the family that owns the house. This can not be locked. I would definitely stay here again!One word of caution for older individuals. There are two flights of exterior stairs to get for the apartment and then the living quarters are on the next floor. Navigating this with heavy luggage could be problematic."
