"What a wonderful place to stay. Clean and cute restored building. Wonderful lobby area for snacks and drinks or to just sit & relax. There is a cute large porch for sitting as well. Very close to the College of Charleston campus. Parking can be a bit tricky but we did get very lucky on our stay. You can walk anywhere in the downtown area and it is very safe. So many shops and dining options very nearby. We look forward to staying again on our next trip to Charleston."

"The inn is adorable and quaint. It’s an old Charleston single. But if you have trouble with stairs, you wouldn’t want to book the upper rooms. The staircase is narrow and steep. Also it’s not the most quiet as it’s situated in a busy area, but no worries, just use the white noise machine they provide or bring your own personal fan like we did. "

"We had never stayed in this neighborhood before and I’m so glad we did! It was so beautiful and easy walk to some of the best restaurants (Chez Nous, Southbound, Co-op for lunch). Hands down my favorite part was having access to bikes. Being able to ride around a large area on our own was the best on a beautiful, sunny day! The room (and common area) was beautiful and we loved the lower level speakeasy suite. "

The house has been lovingly remodeled but kept all that charm. The "lobby" area is stocked with everything you could need & delicious mint chocolate squares! We were able to walk everywhere & thoroughly enjoyed all the routes we took exploring the city. We will definitely be back."

"What a cute place! Check-in went smoothly, staff in the office were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We rented unit D (pink called ceilings) on the second floor. Super clean, Bed was comfortable and laundry in unit was a bonus. Only negatives: bathroom towel hook and toilet paper holder are loose and could use some attention. There is a k-cup coffee maker but no pods provided. Location is nice, it’s a little bit of a distance from King St but still walkable....
