"Absolutely breathtaking view! My wife & I, her 4 brothers & sisters and their spouses had a wonderful time in this quaint, well-finished off, very nicely equipped log Cabin. We spent 4 nights there, had plenty of room for everyone, and we able to all eat together because of the large Dining area. Access to via the Parkway was excellent, and the hiking we did was only about 30 minutes away - incredible views on the hikes too! Very large deck with nice seating, and again - a spectacular view!!......

Me and my wife were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We didn't think we would have to share the house with someone else. The host was nice but we didn't feel comfortable staying the night there. From start to finish this was a wonderful place, close to downtown Mount Airy with all of the wonderful shops and museums, but just on the outskirts so it was quiet and peaceful. You can walk to downtown from this rental. There is onsite parking that is easy to access and our unit was up a simple outside flight of steps.
