"By far the best stay at a resort we’ve had. Everything about our experience was phenomenal from our room, to the views, food, amenities, excursions, and customers service. "My husband and I loved this little cabin overlooking the many meadows out back and with Buffalo Mountain in the distance. The night sky was full of stars without the ambient light of a more densely populated area - so beautiful. The peace and quiet was just what we needed to fully relax. The cabin was wonderful- clean, cozy, comfortable and with a well-appointed kitchen that had everything needed for our Thanksgiving meal. "The cabin was immaculate,we came for some music at the Floyd Country Store, some hiking and to visit some wineries; visited 3 wineries with some nice varietals each a little different, some morning hikes and evening music-weather was great and unseasonable warm for November, will likely visit agin in the dead of winter or early spring."

"Great location, nice and quiet with the absolutely stunning views from the back deck! The house worked very well for the 10 of us adults. The arrival instruction pdf and communications with Mr. Jim were second to none. We truly loved this location, the scenic drive and the ease to Mt. Airy made the 30min drive no issue. This is definitely a place we would use again when we return to visit Mt. Airy / Pilot Mtn. Thanks for sharing the cabin, Mr Jim."

"This was a mini version log cabin of our parents place in Lowgap, NC….warm, easy, welcoming! Easy to Lowgap and a visit to familiar places and faces. The Autum Leaves craft festival in Mount Airy was amazing. Recommend the location and management company."

"This cabin is minutes from Hanging Rock State Park, which was the reason for our visit so very convenient. This cabin was SO cozy! We love how the reclaimed materials were used to restore this cabin, it was rustic but had modern touches too. It was very clean which is #1 for me. There is no wifi, but we had enough phone signal if we needed it and our family enjoyed watching movies together after hiking. Would definitely stay here again! "
