"We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very friendly and even gave us a map of the local area, with highlighted towns to visit. We also had an olive oil tasting with their son and learned all about how it’s made and why it tastes different each year. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed 11 days in this wonderful house close to Asciano. It's cosy and comfy and the view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Having our own piece of garden was wonderful. Supermarket and restaurants are wthin walking distance. "

"We went with our granddaughter (2 years) and my son and girlfriend. The villa was in a great location in Tuscany if you want to be in the southern section. The villa is large, great for groups and has a lovely patio outlook. The dining living area has several French doors that open out to the patio/garden. There was one issue I raised with the owner regarding reliability of water pressure which I hope they addressed. The ‘host’ was super responsive. I’d stay again."

"We stayed for five nights in July 2024. We were very comfortable despite 40 Celsius every day. The accommodation was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The scenery was breathtaking! I found myself taking the same photo under different light—so very enchanting. If you are independent and don't need to be catered to, are willing to pick up groceries and cook, you will be happy. "Podere Cunina was incredible. It is located in an idlylic setting in the heart of Tuscany. Incredible views and comfortable/authentic accomodations. Close location to Siena/San Gimignano/Pienza/Montepulciano. Silvana and her husband were incredible hosts that assisted us with recommendations/reservations/etc. I cannot recommend enough and definitely hope to return soon."

"A wonderful location with ever changing views that take your breath away. Clean and well equiped. great communication with the hosts. Lovely area to explore. Cats that visit- sheer bliss Be aware that the property is a little rustic- shower is low pressure and hot water comes and goes. We had some visiting centipedes on the interior wall from time to time but they were harmless and easily removed. A magical stay overall - recommend"

"What an incredible experience. The home was beautiful and clean and spacious. It was quiet and peaceful along the countryside. Plenty of outdoor space and a pool to cool off during down time. A sweet little town with walkable streets. Our host, Graziella was so sweet and kind, accommodating for anything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "Property manager “Il Casolare” Cristina was very easy to reach and accommodating. You definitely need a car as the unit is in a remote setting outside Asciano city proper. Rustic setting, beautiful property but not luxurious. Accommodations are minimal but typical . We did have some flooding due to heavy rains. Also they charge for bed linens and bath towels extra which is odd coming from the USA. Bathroom upstairs needs an enclosure (shower curtains at a minimum). "

Eine Flasche Wein und zwei Wasser zur Begrüßung. Der Garten war ausgestattet mit zwei Liegen und mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war toll, gut temperiert. Die Tennisanlage mit Kunstrasen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht auch englisch. Kommt...

"We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. Amazing place for couples and families

"The property is really very beautiful. The details of the decoration reminded us the generations that inhabited Italy in the past. The sightseeing of the property are lovely and the lots of birds sang in the sunset ad we drank a glass of wine in one of the gazebos (incredible!) Nearby Siena and other ancient tuscany cities that you can reach in a short drive (1h or 1h30h) like Volterra, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Monteriggione and Cortona. The breakfast was very good, with italian bread strait from the oven, cheese, ham, fresh italian tomatos, cakes, jelly (all produced locally)"
