"This is a great little place to stay in Newport! The room was adequate and comfortable and the bathroom down the hall was decent. Wish there were blackout blinds/curtains in the room as the wharf lights made it very bright at night. The best thing about this property is the location and the kindness of Tara the manager. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Really easy check in process and directions which was appreciated with us getting in a bit later on day 1! The space was super clean and Cindy went above and beyond to put items in the room to make the stay more comfortable. She even hand makes soaps and sprays which she provides samples of to use (I ended up buy two bars of soap!). "The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, very close to lots of restaurants, and historic sites. The parking is first come first serve and there are only 2 designated spots, which can be a little bit inconvenient since some of the other visitors park their car and never leave."

"Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and it’s like a festival feeling without all the vendors. The area has a lot of history we loved the mansions, sunset schooner tour and even the troley tour was very informative Host was prompt with all replies to any questions we had.
