What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel. "Room was very modern inside. Nice hot shower water, quiet, easy in and out. All that is needed is better doors and windows to keep cool air out. Carpeting floors would be helpful for the chilly spots too. The beds, linens, room finishes were nice. I would also recommend cleaning the filters on the heating units. Would only take a couple of minutes per unit. "
