"This place is for people who love peace and quiet and privacy, we do. Noise from the road is almost minimal, perhaps if you sit in the front garden but we spent all time in the back garden watching sunrises, ships passing by, listening to bird songs early morning, fishing from the private beach. Location worked well for us, we used our car to get around, nearest supermarket is in Dunoon about 15 minutes drive away. The property is well maintained, decorated, comfortably furnished, heating, WiFi...

"It was Great!!!"

"We all immediately felt relaxed upon walking through the door. The place just has a cozy feel. Would recommend to anyone that's looking to decompress and just hang out. You must go to Puck's Glen though, which will be more than enough exercise for your stay."

"The house was in a lovely location, very peaceful and spacious. As the website points out, it is an old Victorian house, quirky but functionsed well for our family, and warm without the need to light the stove. We loved the dining room table complete with candles"

"We had a great experience! The view is absolutely stunning. You can watch the sunrise from the porch and the main sitting area. All rooms have a private bathroom except the 2 upstairs share a big bathroom (which works great). We had everything we need! Lorraine is wonderful with her help and communication! Always willing to answer questions! Town is fun for kids and adults! And there is supermarket with all the necessities in town The only thing I would say, if you are coming with older...

"Fantastic location and accommodation! Very spacious cabin for 8 people, with a fantastic view! A clean space and clean facilities provided. Clear instructions were provided prior to our arrival and host was easy to get in touch with if needed! We had a great weekend exploring the outdoors and returning to this cosy space! "

"Eveything you need unfortunatly despite being told, we forgot to bring sufficent towels and had to recycle the one we had. Watch you head in bathroom low ceilings."

"We arrived to the cosy cabin to find the it well equipped and warm and welcoming. Our host Gregor was lovely too. We really enjoyed our stay and the surroundings were beautiful too. We would definitely take a break here again"

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"This was a perfect home base for our large family gathering (10 ppl ranging in age from 3-70). Close to Oban but far enough removed that it’s away from city traffic and is quiet and relaxing. Large, clean space, very comfortable for our large group. Would stay again!"

"The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"

"We had a twin room with a view of the sea and it was clean enough. There was black mould on the window frame. However the TV had no signal and although there was a telephone there was nothing to plug it into. We complained and they moved us to a lovely family room. No sea view but the staff were very helpful and kind "

"Achei bem desagradável, pq cheguei de noite, sabendo que tinha um restaurante no hotel, mas como era feriado e o restaurante estava lotado e eles não fizeram nenhum esforço para nos acomodar, simplesmente, não temos lugar."
