"The hotel was class , looked dated , which i like , but the rooms were like wow , wouldn't expect going into a hotel which on the outside , and in the halls were like walking into the late 19th century the i went into a room a basic btw , and a beautiful mural of david bowie and just transformed it into modern, was such a wow factor , the staff were like family , we went to the pub about 3 mile away , and the boss was there , talking away as if we were family, ive never felt so like home but...

"Looking to getaway for a few days this is the place with quiet spot along side the river bank and lovely walks beside you close to the town (couple miles ).if you need it and local store with all you need the only interaction we had was with the birds and the red squirrel (tuffty) who came around for a visit regularly great place for a short rest 😀"

Property has a lot of history and it was exactly what I had pictured in my mind of a country Scottish inn. Fynes Ales a short drive away and was also brilliant. Best dinner we had in Scotland as well and you could tell all the staff care a lot about their inn and the people who visit. "
