"This house was absolutely precious and in a wonderful location within walking distance downtown. We all had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Although the house was a little warm even with the AC and fans on, it was still a perfect stay. Everyone talked about how wonderful and beautiful it was. The house was decorated and had beautiful artwork throughout. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to be back! Also the host was fantastic with any questions or request I had!"

"Had a great trip to Natchitoches for our girls weekend. We debated staying in town versus on the river and we’re glad we stayed on the river. The place was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our trip. We enjoyed the outside area each night, even though it was too hot to use the fire pit. Next time we stay here we’ll make sure it’s cool enough for that! :)"

"This home worked perfectly for our needs. We were there for a sibling reunion. The biggest issue we had was dealing with all of the stairs. The master bedroom is on the second floor and the two other bedrooms are on the third floor. We are all seniors so we had to minimize trips to our bedrooms. The hostess was wonderful and made us feel very welcome."

"I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area."

"House was as advertised. Fishing was great. We caught over 70 bream. Only one garbage bag was supplied. The dishwasher was broken. The TV in the main bedroom was not working right. These issues would not be particularly important except for the fact that the rate was $275 a night. Otherwise, the location, views and fishing were very nice."

"The house is super comfortable and peaceful. The area is quiet and picturesque. The owner (who lives close) is super awesome and helpful while not being intrusive at all. Our dog did well and had no issues at all. We will be staying here in the future!"

"Old farm house with a modern twist. Very nice property. If looking for a place to get away to relax it’s a great place. Kelly, the host is very friendly. Didn’t get the name of the lady that cooked the breakfast she was friendly. Had a good choice for breakfast. The soaker tub was amazing. Wish I would’ve had more time to explore the property. Overall I enjoyed my stay. "
