"The staff was fantastic"

"Stayed here last year around the same time of year. My room this year wasn't quite as clean. Considering that there was no one in the hotel they kind of gave us a crappy room. I don't know if it was close to the elevator or what but I kept hearing thumping in the middle of the night and it was mechanical thumping. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast and instead we got two $15 certificates to access what amounted to some fruit, some cereal, some breakfast bars,and some juice/coffee....

"Great view of the bay and sunsets. Comfortable room and plentiful and delicious breakfast. Mike is a fantastic host. A very affable person who is most generous with his time and devotes a lot of attention to detail. Luigi and Oscar are delightful pet cats."
