"We had a very large group of 12 people and this house was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all with a private bedroom for each family no matter how many kids they had. Often times you’ll see listings that say they’ll accommodate 12 but you’ll find out that includes sofa beds and rollaways. This was exactly as advertised and we didn’t have to draw straws to see who got the public sleeping accommodations. Would highly recommend this property for anyone with larger groups!!!"

"Rented this house to accommodate our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren while they were visiting from out-of-state. The house was spacious, well located, and provided a great base for their visit. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball tables too.Communication with the management company was excellent and they reached out several times to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We had one small issue with the ice-dispenser in the refrigerator, which was no big deal...

"The place was very clean with everything needed for a great stay. The beach access was directly across the street and the downtown was 10 min walk. We had a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. I would stay here again."

"We loved this property. Very well equipped for the beach with bikes, beach wagons to haul everything, towels, games, beach umbrellas, chairs, even water shoes! The kitchen had every supply we could need. Often there is no salt or olive oil or something you need but this one had everything. And if you do need something else, the grocery store (Publix) was two blocks away. My daughter rode the bike there for popsicles.We came with our three adult daughters, brother and his wife and daughter and...
