"O hotel é Belíssimo, decidimos ficar mais um dia, e fomos transferidos de uma quarto para 3 pessoas, para um quarto com uma cama grande e disseram que colocariam uma cama extra. A noite chegamos cansadas e não estava a cama, nem toalha, roupão e acessórios de banheiro para o terceiro hóspede. O valor da hospedagem foi praticamente o mesmo, porém a acomodação deixou a desejar."

"Wij logeerden 2 nachten in het Gouden Hooft. Wat ik wel raar vond voor zo’n gerenomeerd hotel, dat ons bed niet werd opgemaakt. Dat is toch wel het minste. Verder super aardig personeel, niets is teveel. Ontbijt is ook meer dan uitstekend verzorgd. "

"Hotel, kamer, netheid, locatie, garage, Welness enz, alles top prima. Echter een minpunt waar ernstig moet aan gewerkt worden is de bediening in het restaurant; Verkeerde tafel, personeel die niet weet wat je hebt besteld, schotels moeten terugzenden omdat het na te lang wachten koud was, afrekening met zaken van een andere tafel, ongeschoold en onprofessioneel personeel, chaotische bediening en zelfs ja, onfatsoenlijk! Jammer! Al bij al hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad. "

"Meine ausführliche Beschreibung wurde durch die Begrenzung der Zeichen hinfällig. Fazit: Vermieter sehr nett, Haus eine Katastrophe (sowohl Strom als auch Einrichtung, insbesondere das "Bad", die für Hunde absolut nicht nutzbare Treppe (was auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage anders beantwortet wurde!) und auch die TV-Situation...) Alles in allem: 50% des Preises wäre noch zu teuer. Wir sind bereits 3 Tage vor Buchungsende abgereist. Beim nächsten mal lassen wir uns nicht von irgendwelchen...
