"Great "Amsterdam" experience! Very close to the main train station with great views of the harbor. Host (Han) was super nice and very flexible with our last minute booking and late arrival. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, Dutch experience! Boat was very comfortable and had ample room for our party of 3. Refrigerator available, but no cooking appliances and you must be able to climb steep steps/ladder, so not a good option for mobility-challenged. Wifi was good. "

With a Vrbo, I expect to rent the whole place, just be aware that you’ll have a neighbor that you share a front door with and that the owner has an adjoining door they stays locked. "We really enjoyed our stay. 2 Adults and 2 children (11&9). Location is outside of the city center but it was good to be near the windmills, have the use of the boat and the bikes which we would not have had if we had been in the city center. Children really liked staying on the houseboat. We bought food from the Dekemart and ate at Het Heerenhuis twice which was very good. Uses Uber and the bus to get around as well as the bikes.
