"This is a nice place to go to if you have a dog b/c dogs are allowed but only in certain rooms. So if you book through a 3rd party, e.g. Expedia, then you’ll want to also contact the hotel separately to ensure you have a room that allows dogs. In that dog love spirit one of my main gripes is that they provide dark chocolate on the bed pillows. It’s literally poison for dogs. Nice gesture but definitely not realizing the imminent danger you could be putting your four-legged guests in. "

"Nice quiet area, large parking lot. Great view of beach. Had a storm and lost power for awhile. Generator back up powered lobby and hallway but not rooms. Other than that it's a nice place to stay "
