"We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!"

"Such a great place to stay for a relaxing time in the central coast. Short minute walk to the beach and a place for the whole family to gather. It’s great to have a full bath and bedroom downstairs for those who struggle with stairs. We had everything we needed for a fun stay with several families together for our son’s wedding. Quiet, peaceful, clean, and a great location! "

"My husband and I enjoyed the cozy Coach House. The bath towels and wash cloths were plentiful. It was sufficiently stocked for an egg breakfast, coffee and tea for two. The view from the bedroom was gorgeous. We were the only ones in the area for our first couple of days and were not bothered when some weekend guests staying up the hill arrived. Great location, close to Paso Robles and wineries but far enough away for privacy. If I could ask for something it would be an outdoor lounger or more...
