This gorgeous newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhome located at Aruba Bay Resort is the perfect place to relax for your beach get-a-way.  Located within walking distance to the beach, this beautiful home is furnished with stylish, beachy decor and has all the conveniences of home. An open concept living, dining and kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and gather after a fun day in the sun. The full kitchen has everything you need including granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all the tools, dishes, pots and pans. Even a beautiful coffee bar! The private patio off the master bedroom is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy peaceful moments.

CLEANING
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
