"If you’re looking for a nice, quiet spot, this is it! Great location. It’s on the north end of the island. Parking provided was extremely nice to have. The beach was not crowded and beach chair rentals are available right off the access beside complex. Ten minutes to light house and fort. Short drive to restaurants downtown. "What a great property. The location is perfect, located right on Broughton in the middle of restaurants/bars/attractions. It is just as described and in great shape. Communication and instructions were perfect. Parking pass for nearby garage (1 block away) was a huge plus. The only drawback is the noise (kids and their loud vehicles) late at night. Good thing we were exhausted!!! That was easily outweighed by the property in general. Would definitely recommend. "
