A few suggestions, thermostat goes to 78 each day and upon return to to carriage house in late pm or evening it takes 2.5 hrs to cool down. Linens could be fresher, shower tub is slippery and very confined with curtains yet artistically quaint if you were to bathe. "My son and I stayed at the Blue Dolphin house while attending weekend wedding festivities with family. We had planned on a larger group but the hurricane and other circumstances changed who was able to travel. I let Patty know and she was responsive and kind regarding our change in circumstance. "House needs work as noted by previous reviewers. We had,however, a 5 star experience. The view and the proximity to a virtually private beach was wonderful. We loved Dausfkie(our first time there). Tooling around in our golf cart and discovering hidden gems. The laid back vibe was just what we wanted. Residents are super friendly. I hope they do renovate the house. It deserves it. Great floor plan and lots of sunlight."

"We had a great time in this darling beach cottage. It is in the historic Fort Screven area of Tybee and just about a 3 minute walk to the Gulick Street beach access. "This cottage was adorable! It was clearly marked, within walking distance to beach, and couple of restaurants. Things to know: internet can be spotty at times, driveway is gravel and there a couple of stairs. Not a big deal unless you have mobility issues. It was perfect for my husband and I. I could not imagine having more than 2-3 people in this space. There is no dishwasher so you need to bring paper plates or wash your dishes. I would totally stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood."
