"The bed was a bit hard for our liking, woke up aching. "

"We had no choice as there was no where else in Burra. Previous reviews had complained about a step in a dark corridor and nothing had been done to fix this problem and my partner also missed this step and stumbled. At least some yellow tape on the step would help. The corridors are stacked with old boxes and other bits of junk. You do get what you pay for and the room is simply furnished. At least the room was warm. The meal however was wonderful. Would eat there any time"

"We were staying in Clare for a function at Skillogalee and the property was right next door which was a perfect location. We really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful surroundings including the wonderful views of the lake and vineyard."
