"The whole stay was amazing, the spa, fireplace, private courtyard, the comfy bed and the supplies for breakfast. It was very affordable, close to Clare to visit the wineries and grab some lunch. We will definitely be going back, the perfect retreat without the kids!!!"

"Beautiful new holiday home in Watervale.Perfectly setup for 2 couples as ensuite in main bedroom & full bathroom directly across hallway from second bedroom. Lovely country outlook from living area & rear deck. Nice and cozy for a winter getaway with combustion heater & split system in living area & split systems in both bedrooms. Would highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property for an Easter long weekend with family and dogs. The house was perfect for our family group with lots of space for all. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset views and the local visiting wildlife. The generous breakfast provisions were much appreciated. The location was so convenient for many of the Clare Valley attractions."

"The cottage has everything you need in generous supply. It's like living in a museum with a strong sense of history. I strongly recommend staying at the cottage. The only negatives are the TV reception was faulty and Netflix never worked. Cosy home with a marvellous garden."

"Amazing property with 4 large bedrooms and an amazing deck that you can sit on for hours. Also still popped away here and there to Clare which was only 5 mins in car. Lovely house and recommend staying especially with older children/adults as there is plenty of space. "

"Ray, our host was easy to communicate with and very willing to accommodate any questions or needs we had with our stay. The accommodation was excellent, modern AND CLEAN :o) We had a Christmas in July for 7 people, so the modern kitchen truly supported our dinner endeavour, even the local bottle of wine supplied by our hosts (Ray and Ann-Marie) was truly appreciated! "We enjoyed our stay here very much.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we required to self-cater. The shower was superb with the hot water coming on fast and strong. The collection on display was inspired, interesting, and intriguing. The garden was lovely too."

"Lovely spacious cottage with a good sized comfortable couch which we appreciated! Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was a very short walk to cafes and hotel/restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Love that we got chocolates, wine and a cheese with crackers! "

Andrew was a great host, and the space had everything you could need (though we hadn’t realised there was no oven, so our plans for a lemon delicious were stymied). Definitely recommend it"
