The restaurant is top tier!! The wait staff is the restaurant is superb. I can’t say enough good things about Heathman Lodge!"

"Check in easy, room clean. I especially enjoyed the pool. It was neat, tidy, & there were plenty of pool towels. The grab & go breakfast could be improved. Maybe add cereal bars, granola bars, dried fruit bars to the mix. There are good gluten free options available in those. Overall stay was enjoyable. The staff was friendly & helpful. I would recommend to travelers."

"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"I really enjoyed my stay at KEX! The room I was staying in was key card entry only and there were only 4 bunks (women only). I always felt very safe and that my belongings were secure. It's very accessible to downtown by bus and there are always a lot of Lime scooters outside or nearby. They have free coffee until 11am which was nice, and a bar that's open until midnight. I came during a pretty severe heatwave (40° C or over 100°F). The AC was great and the bar was always willing to fill my...
