"We stayed here for my husbands 60 birthday party. 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom. We had a fantastic time. So many VRBO's don't stock coffee or supplies and they had coffee for all of us. Joey was the BEST communicator. The windows facing the ocean actually open and we spent so much time sitting on the patio with the doors open enjoying the ocean air. So much is within walking distance. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water for 8 people! The only issue (wasn't really...

"Excelente estadia frente mar. Apartamento todo equipado, churrasqueira na sacada com vista para o Sunset. Ótimo atendimento. Indicado o passeio com a bike oferecida pelo resort. A localização exige carro para restaurantes e mercados, mas bem perto de San Clemente. O custo e benefício foi excelente."

"Every room has an ocean view. I liked the fire pit at night. We checked in and brought a cooler of food that fit nicely in the full size fridge in the kitchenette. The pillows were my favorite firmness which hardly ever happens at a hotel/motel. Easy walk to all the food places. Nice seeing the train go by below the property every so often. "

"We loved the location of the cottage, a short walk to the beach and to a food market. Living space was good/comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked well. We enjoyed the front outdoor area. And having a washer/dryer (in the garage) was very helpful. "

"We rented the cottage for elderly relatives who traveled from Colorado for Christmas. They loved it! The view, of course, the kitchen, the lovely bedroom, the comfy couch, and, perhaps above all, the 100% responsive and friendly host. I’ll add from my own perspective that I was disappointed with the dull, tired furnishings and decor. It could use some sprucing up! Regardless, thanks for giving our family a memorable week in our beautiful little town."

"We had a lovely time staying here we gave a 4 star rating because of the poor shower in the master bedroom and a shower leaking through from upstairs airs into downstairs bathroom. The house was in a great location and we loved the space we had. We were all very comfortable and had a lovely time"

"Wife and I booked this room because it's in Corona Del Mar in Newport Beach. We had stayed in this area before over a year ago in another VRBO rental. Easily found room and checked in. Host kept in close contact and was very supportive. The room fit our needs pefectly, i.e., it's a studio apartment with full bath and small kitchen area. We loved walking the area which is full of good restaurants and shops. Only 3 or 4 blocks to nice beaches. Wish it was warmer when we were there. Lots of...

"We had 11 of us stay at this house, and it was perfect. The location was excellent to walk to the little town, go to the Marina or take the ferry to another neighborhood island. Great space inside the house, including a blow up mattress that we used to not have someone on the pull out couch. Great cantina around the corner with excellent Mexican food and service. "If you want a simple place close to the beach this is it. The property had some construction next door that started early. There was some work materials in our courtyard and you could hear people upstairs. Overall, did the job!"

"We had a lovely stay. The property is in a great location with beautiful views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable. The floors were quite dirty when we checked in but I called the management company and they resolved the issue immediately. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We come to Newport Beach every year and this was our favorite rental by far. Beautiful, very clean and perfect for the 6 of us. Easy to find and property management communicated clearly. We will most definately make this our annual stay!"
