"We spent a week at the "cottage." The accommodations were as described - clean & comfortable. We never cook when away so the small kitchen worked fine for us - as did the one-room efficiency floor plan since we were out-and-about most of the day. A block and a half from the beach (yay!) and many restaurant choices also in walking distance (1-1.5 miles).
