"This bed and breakfast is run by a lovely young couple who were a delight to talk to. I had numerous questions before we arrived and they were answered promptly. The rooms were clean and charming. The history of the building is fascinating and there was a lot of literature on hand about the area. The breakfast was delicious, a recipe from the owner's grandmother who was also the previous owner. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!"

"Better than advertised. Would recommend for for a group of 8 or less. Kitchen is. It equipped for cooking meals but Clifton Forge is only 25 mins away. Camp Director Chasity was very helpful before and during our stay. "

"The Granary is the most magnificent home. Very grateful it is available and hope to be back. Property is beautiful with lots of deer and bald eagles and trout. The home is perfect. "Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The place was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We didn’t have a ton of time there since we were competing at the Virginia horse center but the time we did have was super relaxing. My son and I even had time for a little fishing.
