Sonder are terrible. Firstly we had to spend 2 hrs at reception in Vegas to get codes to get in as they weren’t provided. Upon arrival finally got in the main door then up all the stairs . Went inside to pitch black hotness. Finally found a light switch to see how things looked. What a disappointment. There were no instructions for anything and not even a jug of cold water in the fridge.
The bathroom was extremely mouldy and all lights and aircon vents were covered in thick dust.
Turned tv on and volume was at max and batteries dead so could not change channels or turn volume down.
Next day went to find a Sonder office to get help. Arrived to an office that is no longer run by Sonder! Found our way to the Marriot who were very helpful and we were able to contact Sonder who still have not contacted us.
Expedia who we booked with have also ignored all messages.
Expensive stay, our short time in Chicago was terrible. We will be escalating when we return home to Australia.
