Go Out or Stay In... This Property Has Everything You Need for a Perfect Visit - Just Steps from Humboldt Park by AllSet Turnover

Get a taste for the Chicago high life in this stylish condo, with exposed brickwork, mocha-stained hardwood flooring and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Comfortable and spacious, it's a great place for an evening in, while being in a great location for going out and seeing the city as well. Get the best of both worlds while staying in my condo!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Difficult process
Getting into the townhome was horrible . Code to open the gate was not working and also the key to get into the back door didn’t work. It took over an hour for someone to come let us into the unit. No Toilet paper, battery low in the firearm. Alarmed beeped all night. Sink in the basement bathroom was plugged up .

Great Spot near Humboldt Park
We had a great stay at this condo. The space was a little bit small with seven people, but clean and newly renovated. There is parking, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great. It is very walkable and right next to the park. There are numerous good restaurants around. You probably want a car if you are trying to get downtown to tourist attractions from here. The space was as advertised and no unpleasant surprises..

Great place. Great location!
We loved our stay & really enjoyed the neighborhood as well. Humboldt park is huge but there’s a great playground right across the street that my toddler loved. They do set off fireworks like every night so don’t be alarmed lol. They also had a pack n play in the upstairs bedroom that I had no idea about (we had packed our own). Beds are comfortable, AC works great (gets so cold but it’s great for those who like to sleep in the cold, like me!) there’s a washer and dryer downstairs as well as a bathtub. My only recommendations would be to have enough coffee cups for everyone. It says it sleeps 8 but there weren’t enough coffee mugs, we had to wash them in between uses. Also, there’s a ton of coffee pods & single creamers in the hallway so don’t bring your own (unless you like a specific kind 😃). Overall, great experience.

Good for families, quiet but still close
This place had exactly what we needed: space for us to spread out and get away from each other; a full kitchen so we could save some money by eating in; a washer and dryer because my kids are filthy animals; a parking spot which was amazing since we have a disabled child; and a great location right by a big park and tons of food options on Chicago ave, Division, and North ave.

Friendly Gathering
Our group of friends had a great stay at this location in Chicago. Parking is always a plus in A city this size. This unit accommodates one parking space easily and conveniently but if we tried to tandem park the second spot it would have been a bit tight. The unit was clean and well laid out. The management team was very responsive and helpful. There are several great food spots within east walking distance. Our favorites were the Flying Saucer and Lucy’s. There is a terrific craft cocktail bar nearby as well named HiLo. This was a great spot for a group of adult aged friends but would accommodate a family well.
