Newly Built Townhome two blocks from eclectic Main Street downtown Chattanooga

This stylish and clean 3-floor townhome is in a gated community and has a fully stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer, only two blocks from the Chattanooga Choo Choo and Main Street restaurants. Pull into a private one car garage and unload your luggage right into the townhome. This townhome has two bedrooms, each with one queen bed. If you’re looking for a good cup of coffee, a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and a Dyson hair dryer, I’ve got you covered. Enjoy a late checkout of 12:00 p.m. on every stay. This property has two sets of stairs. The main living area is on the 2nd floor, and the bedrooms and laundry are on the 3rd floor. This property is on a well-traveled street and at times one can experience some noise due to traffic. I have provided a noise machine by the bed just in case it’s needed. Please see instructions for WiFi password and information on other amenities.

This place was the BOMB!
We were all very impressed with this Townhome. It was so well decorated and very homey. They really did think of everything, down to the sound machine in the Master to the Goodies Hangover medicine that was left in the kitchen, lol. Awesome coffee maker, the sheets were SOOO soft that I had to order the same when we got back home. It was close to everything. We walked to the Chattanooga ChooChoo both nights we were there and felt safe. This truly the best VBRO that we have ever stayed in. Great job Shelley!

Head of the Hooch weekend
My friend and I shared your townhouse for a long weekend volunteering for the Head of the Hooch rowing regatta. The location was easy to reach - right off the highway. The townhouse was complete and cozy and very clean. The master bedroom was a little noisy as it faces the street but the white noise machine provided took care of that perfectly! Our only complaint was the keypad used for garage entry wasn't working. The owner let me in personally in a timely manner. Hopefully that's just a fluke. Would love to return again next year for the same weekend!

Very clean
This is a beautiful, comfortable and clean property. I enjoyed the coffee! Well stocked kitchen and very nice. There are a couple dlights of stairs, as was mentioned in the listing. That may make it harder for some who cant do stairs. The location is fairly close to everything in chattanooga. I was pleased with that. It is a little noisy. I thought that id mention that because if a person is going who needs quiet to sleep, you dont want to be in the city area. This location is on or close to a couple of major roads.. It wasnt aweful, but it was noisy. Saturday was betterI would rent this again next time im in chattanooga!!

Beautiful townhome, exactly as described, and super clean! The property was very conveniently located, so we were able to walk almost everywhere we went. We all loved this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay
My husband and I met our son for the holiday weekend and it was more than enough room for the 3 of us! Shelley has beautifully decorated and absolutely thought of everything anyone could possibly need! She even leaves fresh cut flowers sitting on the kitchen island. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. We always take our own pillows when we travel,but we didn’t even need them! Chattanooga is the halfway meeting place to get together with our son so we will definitely be using Shelley’s condo again!

We arrived Friday afternoon and we're very impressed by the townhome. Very very clean, A/C was already on, place was exactly as described. Communication with the VRBO owner, Shelley, was very very easy and pleasant. Entire weekend was great!

Perfectly appointed and clean!
Gorgeous home, situated in a new complex. The owner spared no detail in appointing this gorgeous home. From comfy throws to vintage glassware, the stay felt a little bit like Chattanooga and a lot like home. Within walking distance to coffee, bakery, bar, and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown. The master bedroom and small patio faces a busy street, which was very noisy on Friday night—all night, but the rest of the weekend was very quiet. (This the four stars for location.) Would stay again but would want to bring my dog. 15 minutes to Rock City, which was worth the drive!

No lie, best VRBO experience ever!
This place was amazing, right near downtown, immaculately appointed, and a host that was “Johnny on the spot” with the only issue I had. Definitely saving this as a future vacation rental. Rented for the Ironman weekend, but will be back for family vacations.

Wonderful Family Trip!
We celebrated my daughter's college graduation at this beautiful property that will only get better! It is a new listing and is a little confusing to find, but improvements are already underway and I'm sure this will be taken care of soon! The place is beautiful! Incredibly comfortable, lots of space, nicely decorated and perfectly located to walk to some of Chattanooga's best places! The blankets and sheets are VERY comfortable! The sheets in the master bedroom were made out of some kind of stretchy fabric and it was fantastic! All of the blankets were very soft and my son who slept on the couch was very comfortable! The toilet paper!!! No shortcuts taken on that! I know that's a weird thing to review, but there was quality, soft TP, not the single ply pieces of paper :). Kitchen was very well stocked with nice cutlery and a super cool coffee maker that pretty much just does everything! We walked to Chattanooga Whiskey, the Choo Choo, Frothy Monkey, it's close to Stir and Urban Stack (2 of our other favorite spots). Shelley was very friendly and helpful, especially when someone left their diploma on the coffee table :/. If we make it back to Chattanooga, perhaps another kid going to college there???, this is where we will stay!
