This inviting three-bedroom home is just steps away from the lively nightlife on upper King Street. What sets this rental apart is its unique urban-style decor featuring modern yet comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need for a cozy night in. The lofted common in the front unit area offers two futons, cable TV, and plenty of space to unwind. Keep in mind that there is one staircase leading to the loft, and no elevator on the property.

In addition to the lofted common area, there are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms. The back half of the house is a studio with a small kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, two mini-fridges, and a coffee maker. The living area includes a TV with a small desk perfect for enjoying breakfast before exploring the city.
One parking spot is available next to the house for compact cars only, and another spot is located 0.5 blocks away in a parking lot.
NOTE : After November 1st 2024, no designated parking space will be available for this unit. You will be provided street parking passes for one car per stay.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!
*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
