"My wife and I took a few days to get away from the craziness in this world today. This place far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful, and everything necessary to unwind. From the rustic feel of the cabin to the pond right outside the front door, we couldn't have asked for more. Plus, civilization was only a short drive for dinner or sitting in the bar, just enjoying each others company. This was definitely one of our favorite get-aways!"

"The lodge was unique and quiet, however the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, my spouse and I got very little sleep for 3 days and backs are very sore, additionally the floor creaked horribly no matter where you walked loud enough to wake the other if they were lucky enough to fall asleep in the first place."

"While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...

"Cabin, tiny mobile home, was clean however sleeper sofa was in bad condition and there were only two single mattresses in the loft area so was not comfortable for a family of five. Additionally there was not enough chairs, table only had four chairs and only the sofa to sit on. Fellow campers not friendly nor was the employees that worked there. Had a miniature golf course but was in poor condition. Stayed here because thought it was close to Gettysburg when in reality it was about a 30...

"Stay was great. Cabin was comfortable and clean. Was disappointed that porch wasn't screened in like picture but was supprised at the lack of mosquitoes at night so it wasn't a big deal. Was a little disappointed in the short hours for the store, pool and mini golf. The store was never open while I was there so I could never purchase ice. Pool should have been open later than 8 pm. My son wasn't allowed in spa even with adult supervision because he wasn't 16. And mini golf closed at 7pm but...
