"House is spacious! Also liked that sound didn’t travel much. Guys were able to play games while I napped and didn’t hear laughing or game noises. The deer in the orange collar cracks me up and we pet her (with permission). Stayed here for Royal Rumble and was a great location to keep us out of down town but close enough that it was easy to get to. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!"

"We were in town for a lax tournament and this was a wonderful location - close to the Grand Park and yet a quiet and relaxed oasis with donkeys and goats for the family to feed, pet, and enjoy. "

"The place was great - clean, had everything we needed, and large enough to fit an entire family. Only downside was the location of the property is a bit sketchy. The privacy fence and other measures help - somewhere I’d recommend for adults but maybe not for small children "

"This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. The house does have some age, but that adds to the charm of the place. Bedrooms and full bath are all conveniently located upstairs and were all comfortable and clean. Kitchen has what you would need to cook any meal at the house and provided laundry machines...
