"There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. They descriminate against young people!!!! They started being nicer to me as soon as I said that."

"Well maintained 3 bedroom home. Updated and comfortable with everything necessary for our trip. Great location for a downtown Indy visit. 1 car garage was a tight fit otherwise no complaints."

"Steps were a bit much and i didnt like how we had to walk to the back of the building in the snow to throw a way the trash. Water in shower never got warm enough. Other than that fine."

"While the apartment itself was very nice and clean, the area and the building were disgusting. There was human feces in front of the building and the hallway smelled awful. It is regretful that the things that make this location bad are outside of the owners control."

"Great stay that was as described. Newly renovated and convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium. Was not cleaned from the last stay when we arrived at our checkin time. The manager dealt with it quickly and apologized. House needs a deeper cleaning but was good enough for a quick trip. Internet was spotty. No windows to the outside world. But it was relatively cheap and easy access to a quick meal at Shapiros. Easy in/out to interstate. "

"The property manager was very quick to respond. instructions on check in and check out were easy. Place was as listed and clean. We had a party of 6 and the blow up mattress worked out well. Was in town for a comedy show and it was a short walk to all downtown Indy plans we made. Would definitely stay here again! "
