"The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. "I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"Resepsiyondan itibaren başlayan ilgisiz ve asık suratlı karşılama tüm çalışanlarda açıkça görülüyor. Oda gayet pis. Luxury oda hariç balkon yok. Yataklar ve örtüler eski. Dekor berbat. Konum olarak da gondolaya uzak kalıyor. Yürüyerek ulaşım çok uzak, araç kullanmak gerekiyor. Tüm bunlar eklenince rezervasyon 4 gün olmasına rağmen sadece 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık. "

Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο καθαρό Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο περιποιημένο, πχ σπασμενο τζάμι ντουζιέρες, σωλήνες που εβρεναν απο σπασμενα πλακάκια, χαλασμενος εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα. "Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

"Son derece güzel,rahat ve sessiz bir otel.Aslında gondolaya 10-15 dk.yürüme mesafesinde ancak biraz yokuş olduğundan dönüşte kayak ekipmanları ile zorlanabiliniyor.Otelin shuttle servisi var ama yarım saate bir.Servisler sabah ve akşam kayak için ring sefer yapmalı.Otelin kahvaltısı güzel ama hergün aynı çeşitler çıkıyor.Ayrıca hiçbir güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık.Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever."

"The hotel and its location are great for the town as close enough to walk and far enough to be quiet for the children to sleep. Saw a lot of bad reviews about breakfast however one of the best European breakfasts I’ve had for a long time (and I travel 8 months of the year). The pool and steam were great after a day in the slopes and the VIP lift pass was very much worth the extra £. Bansko lift system needs an overhaul but I’m sure that’ll come with all the extra income. 2 minor hotel...
