"Staff was very pleasant, rooms could use a very good cleaning, carpets cleaned, walls need to be wiped down or pained. Breakfast was good the lady attending the dinning room was extremely pleasant and keeping food well stocked and supplied. "

"Loved the complimentary breakfast! Wished there was a fan of some sort for the room. Our plane got in too late and we didn’t know there was a hot tub until the morning. Love that it had a hot tub even though we didn’t get to experience it. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. "

"I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean and stocked the rooms were. Though something in the hallways smelled pretty musty. I didn't like how the elevator was not in use and I had to walk up and down the stairs as I suffer with neuropathy, but I was forwarded that it was the case. I really didn't like that the Jacuzzi was drained and the pool was dirty. I specifically chose a place with a pool and a Jacuzzi to relax after a long day of shopping and I didn't get that.
