"Localizaçao maravilhosa, o hotel (area de lazer) indiscutivel, lindissimo. E o atendimento dos BALINESES, sem igual, maravilhosos...
Tive um problema com a cama extra, que havia pago tudo pela HOTEIS.COM, mas qdo chegou na hora quiseram me cobrar USD 70,00 por dia a mais para a cama extra que havia pago a diferença pelo site. Chamei a gerencia, reclamei mostrei o pagamento que diz (1casal + 1 criança 10anos) e ele nos liberou. Sugeriu um quarto maior e pagassemos a diferença, não aceitei....
"Room was nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable. Does the job, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Food in the cafe was delicious and reasonably priced. All the staff were super friendly and helpful"

"This was a overnighter as I arrived late to Bali, and by the time I got to the residence it was 12:30am and I was tired.
I was still greeted warmly, and showed to my room, and it just felt amazing to have a clean shower, clean water station nearby, and go to sleep on a bed after just 4 hours of sleep the day before."
"I could give 100 stars for this place. Everything, literally everything, was an amazing experience here. We got a 3-bedroom villa. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will visit here again for sure!!! Loved it. If you're looking for a fun place to stay with family or friends without any hassle, I'd recommend this. "
"Certainly one of the most luxurious places weâve ever stayed, wonderful breakfast and high tea lunch, all that. But the most incredible thing was the staff. Now I donât know. It was our first stay in Bali. Maybe the whole islandâs that way but the Mulia was clearly exceptional - vibe-wise. "
