"I choose this Hotel because of the gym pictures on the hotels.com site. THERE IS NO GYM! And they were just sorry, we forgot to take the disinformation from the site. They haven’t had the gym since this January. Hotel didn’t offer me any refund or other option (another gym)"

"The Swimming pool was clean, The Hotel Offers serene eco-friendly environment that manifest peaceful stay. The rooms are clean , hot water and air conditions were functioning well. Unfortunately, the food and dining were of poor quality and options - Not to expected standard of hotel of such investment magnitude "

"The property (houses on Easter Side) has big issue with the three-phase power input. Finally, we spent our night without electricity (two basic lamps were provided instead for the room and bathroom). The electric generator was not reliable - lights were blinking all the time. I didn`t want to charge my electric equipment when the generator was used (didn`t want risk damaging items). The breakfast was rather basic. The rest of the experience was OK. It was the only only one property we visited...
