"Our primary objective was a clean cost-effective one night stay for a road trip through New England. This was right on the road, which was convenient but a little bit noisy at night."

"Beautiful house with lots of charm….. gorgeous views from the deck. I was texted when we arrived to make sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the home and we were . House was supplied with plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, cushions for outdoor furniture and games. We stayed here with our dogs who loved it as well. We would stay here again"

"The shared driveway was a challenge and the hike from the driveway to the house had was also a challenge. Additionally the window in one of the bathrooms did not work, the dishwasher was not secured and tilted when you put dishes in, one of the commodes ran constantly unless you jiggle. The kitchen garbage can is broken."

"Our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Plenty of space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. So much common space to enjoy a fire, meals, and outdoor space. The beach is very wide during low tide and an added perk. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We can’t wait to plan a return trip."

Located on a busy road and the driveway is on a curve which made it a little challenging entering and exiting the property. "

"Just a perfect getaway. Very well maintained home with a few handy man quirks. Power went out and the Generac generator kicked right on. House is well stocked, clean and perfectly situated for a secluded trip. I would mention that you have to walk thru one bedroom ( attic dormer) to get to the forth bedroom. "Nice house in quiet location. Great kitchen!! Master bed was comfy except sheets should be replaced. The house is large with a huge finished basement. The TV in the basement was OK. The basement sofa is comfy but the primary sofa upstairs was uncomfortable. All in all... a very good property that could be great with better bed sheets and living room sofa."

"Spent 2 glorious fall weeks at this West Bath property. This older, well updated house nicely accommodated the two of us. It was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of dishes and flatware. We cooked in for most meals. There are black out curtains in the main bedroom, so you can really sleep in if you want to! We did!
