"We enjoyed our stay here. Cottage was clean and well appointed. Loved the front porch. It was busy with lobster processing traffic going by but not so much that it was a problem. Two issues that were not good: no wifi. Zip .Zero. No internet service n this day and age is not acceptable. (which we were supposed to have according to the website.) Phoned the number provided. Zero response. V bad in my opinion. Second the fire dept was prepping to burn an abandoned house next door so there were...

"Dating from 1918, vacationing in this cottage was a quiet visual delight. The view from the front porch, overlooking the evergreen trees and blueberry bushes, out to the ever-changing ocean will stay in my mind throughout the year. The house itself is much the way it has always been, simple, rustic and quiet; off the beaten path, a retreat with few conveniences, a great place to look and contemplate, to read and draw. Multiple places inside and outside for gathering and relaxing; a cute kitchen with all the necessities; and the super-efficient wood stove was easy to use.
