"Was in Hot Springs for a conference at the Homestead. This VRBO is perfectly located in downtown, and its literally a stones throw from the Homestead. I'll be honest, We got of to a rough start. The cleaning crew hadn't turned over the location. Beds and trash still unmade. Wasn't thrilled with that. I said I was going to get a bite to eat, Sam Sneads, and just let me know what the plan was. "Just great! We all enjoyed our time at Outlook Manor and would happily come back. Everyone in our family reunion group was so happy with the house and the way it is outfitted. Super clean, beautiful setting, we couldn’t ask for more. When we needed a little internet help, Stacy came right over and set us straight! "This was our second stay at the cabin. We stayed an entire week this time and would have liked to have stayed longer. Hiking trails are nearby and very easy to get to. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests, but the supermarket and Warm Springs Baths are an easy drive down the road. The cabin is cozy and comfortable and the hosts are helpful and friendly. We will be back again next year!"

"Satisfied with the house and amenities, other than the kitchen area ,specifically the range/stove top being greasy and in need of a good overall cleaning. The cleaning crew appears in need of being followed up especially with the cleaning charges . The yard needs some tidying up and the back of the house / porch needs exterior cleaning.."

"Such an incredible stay! We spent the weekend here with 2 babies under 2 and it was the perfect spot to relax while letting the little ones roam! A short drive to Hot Springs for a trip to the winery or brewery is also a must."

"A cute little cabin in a good location for our needs. Many things to do all over the place from the cabin. There is road noise both from Interstate 64 and from Midland Trail on both sides of the property, but it wasn't bothersome. To sleep and in the evenings was the only time spent at the cabin, so much to see around the area. Overall, we had a very nice six night stay."
