Come to Villa Tiki and feel like you are in another world! With the backyard being waterways and palm trees everywhere. The boat dock and lift invites you to go boating right out to the gulf, including Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and wherever your adventure takes you. This 2300 sq ft. home offers 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - 3 sliding glass doors giving you full lite and the feeling of being outdoors. Master bedroom includes a king size bed with a hot tub and stand up shower, SMART TV, with sliding doors leading to pool. Three guest bedrooms includes Queen size beds, TV. When entering the front foyer your eyes will be amazed at the spacious 10ft. ceilings and open floor plan. To the left a formal eat in dining room for that special vacation dinner amongst you and your guests. Living room has a large sectional lounging 6-8 guests comfortably watching a movie on the big screen SMART TV with Bose surround sound for your cinema-like experience. When we arrived it was at night, the next morning getting ready to get in the pool and it was dirty so dirty that we werent able to get in the pool. The property contact was impossible to contact until we called VRBO and complained after my request was for them to have the pool cleaned. We ended up leaving the property and renting another one. After finally speaking to the property host i requested a full refund he said he would refund me but would charge us the night we stayed. I am still waiting for the refund after VRBo advised them to give us the refund. After my last attempt in calling VRBO they were finally able to conatct them and they lied told VRBO the pool was clean and that we lied about having 5 ppl at the property and we were 15. We were 5 ppl and they know this because the host told me he has cameras in the back yard and at the door entrance so he clearly saw that we were 5 ppl. Please beware in renting here

Girls Trip
The house was immaculate upon arrival. The property manager was easily accessible and helpful. The location was perfect for our trip. We could drive easily north to our destinations including Sanibel, Venice , Punta Gorda and Nookomis beaches. An hour and a half south , we drove to Everglades City for an airboat tour. After our daily adventures, we headed back to the house to relax at the pool or under the tiki hut along the canal. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Publix is a 5 minute drive from the house which was extremely convenient. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make our breakfasts each morning. Each of us had our own bedroom and slept comfortably. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Spring Break 2024
My family and my in-laws stayed a week at this house. The setup was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. We really really enjoyed the pool, and the fishing. The kids had some much fun which made it really easy for the adults. We were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a manatee and 3 otters, along with lizards and ground owls. Our only improvement would be to ensure the garbage outside was empty - or at least had some room. We could not fit any garage or recycling in the cans the first day as both were already full. We had to pile it in the garage. We took the garbage out and already filled the recycling for the next visitors. Otherwise we highly recommend this place.

Great Experience- Would Stay Again
Our family (in-laws, hubby & two kids 10 & 8) all really enjoyed our time at this rental. We loved what the house had to offer, in-laws didn’t even care to leave it during our stay. Short drive to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Very clean. Check in and out was smooth. The description on what they had to offer was spot on. Didn’t nickel and dime you for extras like heat in the pool. We’d definitely go back to the area and stay in this house again.

Fantastic!!
Our family had a great time staying at this house in Cape Coral . The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Enjoyed the inground heated pool, use of the kayaks, and pool table. Location was great! Was able to enjoy local beaches and restaurants. Always something fun to do close by. Tina and Tony were awesome hosts and made the booking process easy. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again!

Good times
The location of the house was great. Centrally located and lots of grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants were close by. The house itself offers a lot of room and we never felt overcrowded. The pool and patio were fantastic. The consensus from the group was the house was great and we would stay there again if we visited Cape Coral in the future.

Thanksgiving 2023
It was great! Tony and Tina were great hosts, the home was perfect, and Cape Coral was a fun place to be. The price was quite good and we had plenty of room for six adults. There were lots of fun things to do around town, but with fishing off the pier, kayaks, bikes, a pool table and a nice warm swimming pool, we were more than happy to just enjoy the house!

Perfect House with a Perfect Host!!!
I had the pleasure of being able to vacation in this property with all my family and without a doubt we are planning our return. The house is super spacious, super clean and very comfortable; things that because I have children I always value a lot. The delicious pool, with all the amenities that made our trip unforgettable. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And the attention of the hostess, a plus definitely! Do not hesitate to enjoy this Villa!! 😉

Family getaway
I booked this place for my family to stay so we could spend a relaxing week together. The house was just what we needed. The pool was a good size for everyone to play. The provided kayaks were great for fishing in the canal or just paddling around. We were able to have a great time together without having to leave the property to find something fun to do.
