Two miles from Cape Harbour that offers waterfront dining and shops. 6 miles from downtown Cape Coral. Close to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Plenty of activities to keep busy including: off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bars overlooking the water. Over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 recreation parks.
Owner lives nearby and can often accommodate requests for bicycles, extra beach chairs, anything reasonable to make your stay more enjoyable....just ask!

Everything we needed
Great communication with the host. Comfortable house and neighborhood. Excellent pool. Nice fenced in yard. And don’t worry when you reserve it and they send a message that says you aren’t allowed to turn the AC below 73 degrees. We like it cool and it was perfectly cool in the house!

Coastal vacation
We loved the fun coastal decorations, with the aqua and pink highlights with lots of cute seashell and nautical touches. The pool was great, with the screened in porch keeping away any bugs & debris. We enjoyed eating our meals on the table outside as well. A wonderful vacation spot.

Comfortable home, safe and good location
We were blessed with warm weather the entire 10 days were we in Cape Coral. House is comfortable with a nice beach vibe. Pool was great! The neighborhood is good for walking. Host was super responsive and pleasant. We can’t wait to visit again.

My husband and I had a great stay. House was very clean, kitchen well stocked, heated pool was perfect for a winter escape. Loved the extra furniture on the lanai (couch and chair were perfect for reading, relaxing). Neighborhood was great for walking, biking. Kellie was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Easy to booking and easy to checkin in/out . The property manager was very responsive and very helpful. We love the pool , we love the fenced backyard so we not to worry our little dogs escaped. The house was exactly as described and very clean. We really enjoyed our vacation there!

Wonderful vacation
Brought the family to this property for spring break and it was perfect. Location is awesome, great places just down the street. The pool is awesome and we spent a lot of our week in the pool. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Pelican Vacation!!
Our recent vacation to Cape Coral was absolutely fantastic! The house we stayed in was 5 stars plus! The house is located in the very quiet, picturesque southwest part of Cape Coral. You pass a beautiful Queen Anne Palm tree lined top of the street on the way to the house which definitely sets the vacation mood. The house is extremely clean and well laid out with easy access to the pool and lanai from all areas of the house. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook in or just heat snacks/treats. The pool and lanai have several chairs and tables to relax in and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening enjoying the warmth. The host Kim is awesome!! She is extremely responsive to any request and has a great sense of humor!! We highly recommend this property and we definitely hope to return same time next year!

We had a nice stay at your home. The house was very clean, the pool was sparkling and the perfect temperature, and the fenced-in yard was so nice for our furbabies. The location of this home is in a great area. Close to good restaurants and a great part of Cape Coral. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Tolerable stay
The house was very unorganized. Mismatched old furniture, lamps didn’t work, towels old , no blankets. Laundry room was horrible with empty garbage on the shelves. No information or instructions left to follow. Definitely a purchase made just to make money with no ownership value, property was not cared for.

Beautiful home, beautiful location!
This home is beautiful. Very clean and very well taken care of. Owner is very easy to communicate with. Neighborhood is nice. Lawn is well taken care of. Pool was amazing. No issues at all. Plenty of shopping roght down the road. Beaches were a little bit of a distance away, but wasn't an issue. Would reccomend!

Property needs upkeep gutters down there a month grass cut once. No mulch or bush trimming 2 guests bedrooms have no bureau. Can’t unpack a month stay out of a suitcase Screen around pool area has holes therefore bugs at night. Lanai screen full of spiders and webs. Not cleaned upon arrival

Winter getaway 2022
The house was exactly as it looked from the listing. Very clean, Nice size back yard if you had a dog. The pool was smaller but a good temperature and very clean. The property manager was easy to contact and accommodating. The neighborhood was really nice and very quite. I would definitely stay here again.
