This is a tranquil vacation home with 4 bedrooms and a large, fenced patio area and pool. Completely re-decorated in January 2023. The house has a really relaxed and comfortable coastal vibe, which we think you’ll love.
Location:
- in the peaceful residential neighborhood in SE Cape Coral
- Just off Cape Coral Parkway E, where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shopping.
- Easy access to Fort Myers historic downtown, Fort Myers beach, Sanibel & Captiva and beyond.
Living area:
As you enter the home, you immediately get a sense of peace. You've found your vacation oasis! The living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, a Roku TV with cable and access to all of the popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, etc. There is a separate office/den area by the entry way that boasts a desk and chair, as well as additional couch seating containing a full-sized pull-out sofa bed. There are also French doors leading directly out to the patio and pool area. Outside you will find three separate seating areas to enjoy either covered or uncovered to catch those tropical rays, perfect for an afternoon nap or a spot of relaxed reading.
Kitchen:
Accessed from the living area and dining area, it is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a blender for those healthy morning smoothies, and a toaster. There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans to create home cooked meals.
The coffee bar should satisfy all coffee lover's needs with a drip coffee pot & hot water kettle and starter amounts of coffee, pods, tea and sugar to get you going in the morning.
Dining/games area:
Within the open kitchen concept is an area with a dining table for a more formal, larger sit-down meal. There are also chairs located at the kitchen island for sharing laughter while sharing time in the kitchen. There are plenty of games for all the family and hours of fun.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is on the left side of the house and has a king size bed, Roku TV, a walk in closet and private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the other side of the house are 2 more bedrooms, with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin sized beds. Off of the entry way den area is a fourth bedroom. All bedrooms have closets with plenty of space for clothes and luggage storage. You will find bedding located in each closet. These three bedrooms share a bathroom, with a tub/shower.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer and here you will find spare towels and beach towels. You will also find a starter amount of laundry products and cleaning products. The home is also equipped with a broom, mop, iron and ironing board.
In the garage you will find a ping pong table, cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, and pool floaties. We’d really appreciate it if you could return all beach items clean and ready for the next person’s use. There is parking for 2 cars within the garage.
Outside space:
There is a large patio area with covered outdoor dining (seating 4) and conversational seating for 4+ along with three chaise loungers in the sun.
The outdoor chefs will love the grill as you can cook up a feast and still be in the midst of sociable conversation with everyone.
The pool is large enough to float for hours on one of the many floaties available, or take a nap poolside, on one of the loungers. Pool can be heated for an additional charge during off season (May-October $15/night) and is included during with your stay December-April. This pool has a saltwater system added in June 2023.
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for morning walks or bike rides - before the sun gets too hot! and it's time to head back to the pool.
You will be perfectly located to explore everything SW Florida has to offer. Less than 30 minutes from Matlacha, you’ll love the waterside seafood restaurants, quirky artists shops and the amazing fishing opportunities in the mangrove shorelines, flats and back county waters. Fish for snook, redfish, trout, and even tarpon and there are many locally based guides to ensure the best experience.
There are 3 public golf courses also within a short distance from the house and you are within easy reach of the shops and restaurants in Cape Coral, Fort Myers beach, Fort Myers downtown, and a little further south you can explore the beaches and world class dining and shopping in Naples. Head north to Punta Gorda and take a day trip to the beautiful city of Sarasota.
A top tip - the Cape can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and waterways. It may help to know that 'Streets' and 'Terraces' run east to west, and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north to south. When looking for an address, be sure to have it correct. SW 15th Terrace, is in a completely different place from SW 15th Avenue, for example.
Also be aware that Veterans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Myers with Cape Coral, are toll bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $5/car.
There is also a comprehensive Uber and Lyft network if you don't feel like driving.
There are NO pets allowed at this property. The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas. This is a saltwater pool. Internet speed is 1000Bps.
The minimum age required to rent this vacation home is 25 and we reserve the right to request ID. The primary renter must be present for the duration of the rental period.
Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
This home is in a residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 10pm.
Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. You will be charged a $750 refundable damage deposit.
