Yacht Club Beach Now Open!!
Walking distance to the public beach and pier, this sophisticated home features 4 bedrooms, all with their own private full bathroom. The heated, fresh water pool and spa are screened in and overlooking the canal and private dock. Natural light fills the expansive interior, complete with an open-concept living room and gourmet kitchen. This southeast Cape Coral home is approximately 10 houses from the beach (5-minute walk) and provides direct access via the canal to the Caloosahatchee River (3-minute boat ride) that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. Easily rent a boat nearby and explore 'Venice of America's' 400 miles of navigable waterways. Located within walking distance to the Boathouse Restaurant Bar & Grill as well as the Yacht Club – which is open to the public!
*Please note: Cape Coral Yacht club will be going through a major renovation starting April 2022, the entire park may be closed but the Boat House restaurant will remain open.

LIVING AREA- This professionally decorated home boasts an open living room with soaring ceilings. A gas fireplace creates added allure.
Relax and watch a new film on the 75" smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING- Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the gourmet kitchen. Handy gadgets and ample cookware make it easy to whip up recipes.
Five can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. Two dining tables offer seating for six each.

BED & BATH- Sleep soundly in the master suite, which features a king bed, a 65" TV, and direct patio access. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Two guest suites each have a queen bed in one and a king bed in the other with, 43" TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth suite features a queen bed, 58" TV, and direct pool access. A bright en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES- Step outside to a screened lanai with a heated freshwater pool, spa, and lounge chairs. This outdoor oasis overlooks the canal. Enjoy dinner by sunset at a dining table for six. A gas grill is at the ready, and the sleek wet bar features a mini-fridge. The dock and waterfront are steps away. (The dock can accommodate a boat up to 34' in length.) An outdoor shower is located on the pool deck.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS- Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, two kayaks are provided. Driveway parking is available for four cars.
The pool heat is set to 82 degrees. If the weather is 60 degrees or cooler, the pool will not reach this temperature. Pool heaters need warm air to circulate and work, therefore it needs to be at least 60 degrees outside. This is standard for all pool heaters. The boat and boat lift are not available for guest use BUT you may tie your boat up to the dock. Pets are strictly prohibited and are not permitted under any circumstances due to the owner's severe animal dander allergy.

LOCATION- Bring your boat! A boat launch is located 2 blocks from home. This canal-front getaway is 5 blocks from Yacht Club Community Park with a public beach, fishing pier, Boathouse Bar & Restaurant, and tennis.

Just as described. Towels and sheets could be cleaned better or replaced. Seemed worn and not very clean. Due to bad weather the event we were in Florida for was canceled after being delayed. No of our plans worked out and I appreciated the management company giving us a late check out with no extra cost.

Family vacation.
The house was nice and clean but when we tried to reach out to the property manager about a pool net because we couldn’t find one anywhere and the pool was pretty dirty NO ONE reached back out to us. If you have a pool it’s not rocket science to have a pool net even if you have a pool cleaner person that comes every Friday like a pool needs cleaned more than once a week! There was only TWO bikes not as many that is shown in pictures. Last but not least they or someone took the seats out of the kayaks and they were nowhere to be found so that was very annoying since that was something we all were looking forward to doing while our stay that we didn’t get to do.

Very nice place
Very clean place in a nice, convenient area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you need. Nice bedrooms, two king beds, which was nice. The only problem we had was with the extreme cold temps in FL, the pool was not warm at all. Also, the master bedroom has no heat source, so was pretty cold the beginning of trip at 64* inside (not too big a deal for us as we are from MN and like sleeping cold) and once it got warm, the rest of the house was really warm as we could not get the rest of house AC to turn on - it seemed to be programmed to heat mode only?? The door handle in front door falls off in your hand, which was OK because when we shoved it back on, it worked fine. You just had to put it back on after shutting the door as it always fell off. We did call management who said they would send someone out, but the guy did not come for the 7 days we were there. Also, the front door key/lock is very temperamental. There were son=me nights we considered just leaving the key in the lock (outside the house) because no one could get it out. Eventually one of us was finally able to extricate it, but it was iffy. Overall, a super nice place B+ OR SO, and if they would fix the front door lock and handle, and switch the HVAC mode, it would be an A+

Beautiful home on the water!
This house was perfect for our family of 8! The house was super clean, had everything we needed, and an awesome location on the water. The kayaks were so fun to have to go out on the canal! Only thing I can say is to change the pillows in the bedrooms, as they are super uncomfortable! But that is a minor detail compared to all the beauty of the home!

Nice house, location different than expected
This was a very nice house. Spacious and clean and the property management was very responsive when we needed anything or had any questions. The fees were very high and not sure how warranted they were. The only complaint I have is that the location was not quite as I imagined it would be it was more in a neighborhood rather than close to the actual beach. That is my fault for not properly checking out the listing. Overall I give it a four star rating because of over $1000 in fees and location.

This property was amazing and to my surprise it was close to shopping, restaurants and others. We could not have asked for better accommodations not really experienced the Cape Coral area before. Met many friendly people as well. There were quite a few Service Fee’s that we really didn’t understand and could have used some clarity on those. We had to reach out to the property manager because the lock to the front was acting up (not locking /locking) at times. We really did not want to leave the property unlocked, but we also wanted to get back in upon our return. We really never heard from the property manager regarding this issue. We had to improvise! Considering the service fee’s paid, we should have received a fairly quick response. Had we received a response fro the property manager we were also going ask to increase the Spa temperature a couple of degree’s. The responses that we did get in a quality manner were for Check-In and Check-out. Those notification were great. All in all, it was an awesome week. I would definitely recommend to others and possibly return for a stay. I thought that I would miss the crashing waves but the pool and the channel worked out well. Observations: 1. Kayak’s could use some new seat straps (holds the seat up). We were going to purchase a pair but couldn’t find them locally. $20.00 for 2 pair. 2. Garage door code not available, in the event of front door issues. Owners stopped by and provided garage door code. Saved us on Friday evening when front door wouldn’t unlock. 2. Guest bedroom by pool, mattress seems to roll towards the center when 2 people are in bed. 3. TV in living was challenging to use. We eventually figured it out but maybe some simple instructions to get to channels. HDMI 3 was the right source but that was by trial and error.

A lot of…you have to do this!!
The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen needs a lot of basic things, such as baking sheets. I am not sure if it is the property owner or management company that set out some “rules” that were not very hospitable. Take the trash down or you may have an additional charge. Run the washer and the dishwasher before you leave and take your trash out or you may be charged. Shouldn’t the property management company do this? We certainly paid a high service fee and cleaning fee. We won’t be coming back or renting from Rolens property management company.

Nice Home
A group of 4 couples stayed at this house. We had our own rooms and bathrooms which was nice. It was cooler weather part of the week and we tried using the gas fireplace, but it was not working. It had a propane tank outside so we attempted to try it. We called to report this but was told it was only decorative. Normally Florida does not have cold nights, so I am sure most of the time it would not be an issue. Overall it was a good place.

Awesome place - Super close to everything!
We had two couples come down and it was an amazing place! The rooms were nice, and the location is awesome! There are definitely restaurants within a very short distance and also the beach is pretty close as well. We should’ve rented a boat and went out to Fort Myers Beach, but maybe that would be for next time. The property manager was amazing, she is definitely highly recommended! The only issue we had was with the pool, it was a little chilly at times. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

Family getaway
This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities as it was listed. The pool and hot tub was clean and we enjoyed spending time there. There are bikes and couple of kayaks as well. The house is walking distance to a small beach and a tiki bar/restaurant. We would highly recommend it!

Big and Spacious
This property is great and fit our group perfectly. The ONLY complaint we have is that the A/C for the main house is not good. Even with us being super aware of not leaving the outside doors open and not lowering the temp below 74 the A/C still struggled to keep the house cool. The other A/C which is just for the master suite worked flawlessly.

Very nice house!!!
Property was super nice and fit our family needs perfectly. However, the hot tub only would get hot the first couple days and would not heat up the rest of the week. Do not count on a late check out as the website says could happen. We called for a late checkout and they said this property does not allow late check outs!!! Would be nice to have a couple fishing poles for the renters as well.

Good, should be better
I’ll start with the good: super clean and wonderful that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Now here is what needs to happen to make it great: The kitchen is woefully under equipped -no saucepans at all. I purchased and left 2 saucepans/round cake pan/square pan and rolling pin-you’re welcome. Bedding-please get some pillows thicker than a triscuit and not yellow from age/use and if you’re going to use king size pillowcases, use the right size pillow. Towels: might want to replace with towels that are less like sandpaper. Other: where were the dock chairs? Kind of hard to relax and fish off the dock when standing. Of the two “beach chairs” we found, one was rusted so bad, it came apart at the bolts ( I have a photo if needed). TVs in ALL bedrooms. One tv in the living room and one in a guest bedroom does NOT make the cut. Again, these are petty things and somewhat subjective to a degree, but if you’re looking for a good house, this is fine. Looking for great? Keep looking.
