Located in a prime Southwest Cape Coral neighborhood with close proximity to great local attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
Upon entry, guests will immediately fall in love with the cozy lay out and coastal décor. The living room offers plenty of space for guests to sit and relax while watching their favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV. A bookshelf gives guests the options to read a good book while relaxing too. The layout of the kitchen gives guests the chance to still be apart of the action while they are cooking their favorite meal. This kitchen comes well equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a toaster, and other kitchen essentials. The kitchen is completed with a dining nook so guests can enjoy a relaxing breakfast or a quick meal.
In the master bedroom, guests will find a luxurious king size bed, two sitting chairs, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features double sinks and a large shower. In the other bedrooms guests will find a queen size bed and two single beds. Each room features a TV and cute beach décor to make guests feel they are truly in paradise. These rooms use a shared bathroom that has direct pool access.
Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of this home, a backyard paradise! This screen in lanai features a heated saltwater pool. This pool is perfect for relaxing, swimming laps, or playing pool games. Plenty of outdoor furniture gives guests the options to soak up the sun. This backyard features two TVs and two dining spaces. With all these options, guests are sure to spend hours enjoying this private oasis!
