Gorgeous Wide Canal Home, 5 minutes to the River

This home is all about combining an amazing location with the perfect blend of amenities. We are located at the end of a large canal where you can sit and see Glorious sunrises, feel the cool breeze off the water and soak in the Florida sunshine. If you are a boater, we are only FIVE minutes to the river, and then a short cruise to Sanibel, Captiva or one of the many little island only accessible by boat. If you prefer a land trip, we are minutes to Fort Meyers Beach and Lovers Key. Destinations such as Naples and Sanibel Island take less than an hour, or if up for a bit further drive, check out Venice Beach for Shark teeth!

No matter what the plan, our home will be that comforting oasis when you return. Enjoy the game room which includes shuffle board and ping pong. Catch a game or watch a movie on one of the 6 televisions or cook up a great meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The designated office space with a desk, monitor and high speed internet provides you with private space if you need to work remotely(and the "to die for" view will make you wish it was your permanent office!) Our ideal outdoor space is a perfect blend of covered and uncovered. Our loungers have full day sun exposure for that beautiful bronze tan. There is outdoor seating for dining with 4 mini fridges, a grill, and a bar. And, a of course a relaxing sitting area under the Lanai. Configure the loveseat and chairs to take in the view or watch a movie on our outside TV.

End your evenings with a peaceful slumber on one of the 5 comfortable beds. Blending 2 families? In addition to the Master, there is another ensuite with a full bath, as well as the main full bath in the hall (this has a tub as well as shower). The office provides a fifth private sleeping space with a double futon (great for 2 children or 1 adult) and room darkening curtains.
