Inside, discover a bright and open floor plan with a well-equipped, island kitchen boasting a suite of stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and counter seating. The main living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed and includes a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. A cozy nook adjacent to the kitchen offers additional seating, as well as a desk and chair for your laptops.

Step outside and enjoy the view and the fresh air on your screened patio. You and your guests will also have access to a shared saltwater pool located just steps away.

This condo also comes with a shared gas grill, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Slip number is D1. Due to circumstances outside of Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts and parking is at your own risk.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
