You and your guests will be able to relax comfortably. In the living room you can enjoy the 55" flat screen TV, including cable tv, DVD player, stereo and seating for everyone. There is an adjacent kitchen with bar stools and a kitchen table. This home also features a separate formal dining area for 6 guests. The luxurious master bedroom includes a king-size bed and TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, roman walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub and all the comfort you will need. The guest rooms have a queen bed, “Seaside-style” decorated, with built-in wardrobe. Two twins, known as the “safari-room”, also with built-in wardrobe, TV and a lot of toys in the dresser, ideal for the kids.
Outside you can enjoy the lanai with a large table and 6 chairs for outside dinner, a gas BBQ, 4 sun loungers and a sun umbrella around the beautiful electric heated pool with waterfall and a breathtaking view over the lake with this large picture window in the screen.
