You can either dine in the modern living room or on the lanai. We recommend the latter in the evening, when South Florida s sunset dips the canal in a splendor of orange and red.

Speaking of the lanai: Villa Apollo boasts a pool with electric heating a perfect place to swim, splash around or simply unwind on the sun chairs. A special enclosure keeps insects at bay and reduces UV rays. Thanks to a fence, you do not have to worry about your children playing in the pool area, and premium relaxation is guaranteed by the villa s spa.

More amenities include a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and all essentials you need for a day at the beach. Alternatively, just relax and watch TV on the villa s flat-screen; or prepare juicy steaks and hot dogs with the barbecue grill. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
