Located in Western Cape Coral is the Villa Four Palms – a perfect place for up to 6 persons. Even from afar, this vacation home pleases the eye with its well-maintained gardens and a mix between Mediterranean and Old Florida architecture.

Everything about the Villa Four Palms – which was renovated in 2016 – embodies a high quality standard, and this becomes apparent in the sunlit living area with its modern furniture. Here, leather sofas and a flat-screen TV with SONOS sound system are accompanied by a cozy reading corner.

In total, the villa has 3 bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with king-size beds, while the single beds in the third bedroom are perfect for children. 2 bathrooms are available for guests.

A handy feature: From the master bedroom, you can directly access the pool area – a true highlight of the villa. Here, the heatable pool can be used at any weather and offers beautiful views of the canal. Sunbeds and a barbecue grill also grace the pool area, while the roofed section features a dining table with 6 chairs. This way, enjoying your meals outside is no problem.

Speaking of meals: In the kitchen, hobby chefs will find everything they need: from a refrigerator with ice machine to an oven, stove plates and a microwave, as well as plenty of utensils like toaster and coffee maker. Thanks to the spacious counter, all guests can join in on the cooking, and right next to the kitchen, you will find a second dining table. Do you want to enjoy a cocktail in the evening? Then, feel free to use lemons from the trees in the garden.

When it comes to amenities, the villa leaves nothing to be desired: Each bedroom comes with a TV, washing machine and dryer are at your service in the laundry room, and you can park your car in the double garage. As a true blessing for allergy sufferers, the whole villa is tiled.

If daytrips are your thing, you have another reason to book the Villa Four Palms: Right behind the house, there is a boat dock with electric lift. Here, you can safely park your boat – and not only that: The villa´s location at the saltwater canal allows you to directly access the Gulf of Mexico, where scenic spots like Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island await.

Motorists will find the villa´s location equally handy. Despite being situated in a quiet neighborhood, it is only 10 minutes away from the city center with its numerous shops and restaurants. Only a 5-minute ride separates you from the supermarkets Publix and Walmart; Sun Splash Family Waterpark with its exciting slides can be reached in 15 minutes. Or do you prefer white sand and turquoise waters? Then, you are lucky – Cape Coral´s public beach is located only 7 miles to the south.

HOUSERULES / FAQ

Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com

Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15 ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2-4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40-$60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.

BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.

Cancelation fee: Guests who cancel more than 60 days before check-in will receive a 95% refund of all payments made. For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.

Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
