Welcome to Villa Amara! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully renovated home sits on a picturesque freshwater canal in a quiet neighborhood in the coveted "original" SE area of Cape Coral. From here, you are a short drive away from shopping and dining on Santa Barbara Blvd. as well as NE Pine Island Road. Take a sunset bike ride down to Saratoga Lake Park and enjoy the beautiful view! Living Room: Upon entering Villa Amara, you're greeted with vaulted ceilings and a semi-open concept layout. The living room features and oversized couch and three additional chairs with a large flat-screen Smart TV. There is also a decorative electric fireplace available for creating the perfect ambiance. From here, you have a beautiful view of the pool and water through the sliders.

Dining Room: Off the living room you'll find the kitchen and formal dining room. The dining area has seating for six guests.

Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to create your meals for your friends and family. Featuring stainless steel appliances and a beautiful granite waterfall countertop island with three stools available for the quick bite to eat before heading out. Villa Amara has a Keurig coffee maker for your use.

Master Suite: The minimalistic decor of the master suite will leave you feeling like you've stepped in a spa. Featuring a queen size bed, flat-screen Smart TV and your own private view of the pool through the sliders. The bathroom attached features a barn door accent and a shower stall.

Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are located off of the kitchen and feature a queen size bed in one, and a full size bed with twin trundle pull-out in the other. They both share the second bathroom, which features a tub/shower combination, and also serves as the pool bath.

Lanai/Pool/Dock: Of course, the shining star of any SW Florida vacation rental will be the pool area! Villa Amara is no exception. This home offers an electric-heated pool so you can enjoy your time in the sun, no matter the temperature. Enjoy your meals outside at the dining area with room for six while cooking on the grill, or work on your tan on the multiple seating areas available. You can always head down to the dock to try your hand at fishing or just enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunsets.
